Minimum stay of one week. Rates are subject to 13% Florida tax. A reservation/security deposit must be received to hold your reservation along with a signed rental agreement. Your deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your departure less any damages and $80 cleaning fee. Deposits and rental rates can be paid in the form of a cash, bank check or money order.
