Dates Weekly Monthly 5/1-12/31 $900.00 $2,000.00 1/1-4/30 $1050.00 $2,800.00 Holiday Rates Memorial Day $1050.00 Week July 4th $1200.00 Week All Rates Subject to Change Minimum stay of one week. Rates are subject to 13% Florida tax. A reservation/security deposit must be received to hold your reservation along with a signed rental agreement. Your deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your departure less any damages and $80 cleaning fee. Deposits and rental rates can be paid in the form of a cash, bank check or money order.
